Smoked Polish Sausage-Kielbasa
Made by the butchers at the Butcher & Larder, this smoked sausage features LaPryor farms pork, mixed with spices and fresh garlic. Smoked in house. An Easter tradition best served with sauerkraut for a delicious main course or side dish. Three sausage links per pound. Serves 1 as a main, or 2-3 as a side or complement. Each sausage is ~1/3 lb.
Ingredients: Pork, spices, fresh garlic
Reheat in a pan to brown, grill over low to medium heat or braise with sauerkraut until warmed through.
