Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Served in a foil pan for easy re-heating- serves up to 6.
We roast two pounds of Wisconsin Brussels sprouts until the outer leaves are crisp and the centers are tender. This is a great way to add a taste green to your holiday dinner table.
Heat on a sheet tray or the foil pan, uncovered in a 350F oven until warmed through. Allow plenty of space between the sprouts to be sure that crisp instead of steam.
Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, herbs, salt, pepper, onion.
