Also known as a Rack of Pork, our Pork Rib Roast is quickly becoming a holiday favorite. The pastured pork we cut is marbled with a beautiful mosaic of fat resulting in a tender, juicy roast with unparalleled pork flavor.

Cooking Tips & Sizes: On our pork roast we recommend 3/4 lb. per person. If you are having eight guests, a 6 lb. roast is enough. If you are buying a skin-on pork roast, 1 lb per person is recommended. Keep in mind that guests tend to eat more around the holidays. We recommend you buy a bit extra for leftovers too, then you can get some Butcher and Larder City ham, some local pickles and make some Cuban sandwiches the next day! Get more cooking tips here.
