Kit Includes: 1 lb sliced roast beef, 1 pint Local Foods giardiniera, 8 slices provolone cheese, 4 french rolls, 1 quart beef au jus
Set oven to broil. Heat au jus in a large sauce pot over medium heat. When it reaches a boil, add sliced beef and turn the heat to low and hold hot until ready to assemble sandwiches.
Open French rolls and arrange on a large baking sheet. Lightly toast under broiler. Distribute beef across all four rolls, top with giardiniera, then provolone cheese (if desired), and place under broiler until cheese is melted and starts to caramelize. You may need to rotate the pan a couple of times. Serve sandwiches hot with au jus on the side for dipping.
