Cheesy Sausage and Puff Pastry Roll
Incredibly flavorful and made with our own Butcher & Larder sausage and wrapped in a flaky puff pastry, our cheesy sausage rolls are sure to be a crowd pleaser. Serves 6-8.
Ingredients: Pork sausage, swiss cheese, flour, butter, eggs
Instructions: Brush top of pastry log with an egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and center reaches 165°F.
