Boneless Rib Roast
The same as our Standing Rib Roast only completely boneless. The ribeye muscle is left whole with the bones removed making this the perfect centerpiece for your holiday meal. Often referred to as boneless prime rib, our boneless rib roasts are as tender as flavorful as it gets.

Cooking Tips & Sizes: On a boneless rib roast we recommend 3/4 lb. per person. If you have eight guests, a 6 lb. roast is enough. Keep in mind, guests tend to eat more around the holidays.
