Pork roasts are quickly becoming a holiday favorite. We know why! We cut only local pastured hogs from La Pryor and Beeler's Farms.

Cooking Tips & Sizes: On our Boneless Pork Roast we recommend 1/2 lb per person. If you have six guests for dinner, a 3 lb roast is enough. Keep in mind that guests tend to eat more during the holidays. We recommend you buy a bit extra for leftovers too, then you can get some Butcher and Larder City Ham, some local pickles and make some Cuban sandwiches the next day! Get more cooking tips here.
