Cooking Tips & Sizes: For a Beef Tenderloin roast for a main course we recommend 1/2 lb. per adult serving. For appetizers, like mini steak kabobs or beef tenderloin sliders, we recommend 1/4 lb per person. Tenderloins don’t get much bigger than 5 lbs once they are trimmed and tied, so we offer them in 2, 3, and 4 lb variants.
