Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions

Smoked Turkey

Heat oven to 300°F. Place turkey in oven-safe dish breast side down and cover with foil. Cook for 5 mins per pound (i.e. 15 lb turkey should cook for 75 minutes)

Remove the foil and flip turkey so it is breast side up for the last ten minutes.



Heat in an oven proof dish or foil pan at 350°F in the oven until warm. Keep covered to prevent a crispy top.

If dressing your turkey with stuffing be sure to cook the turkey until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stuffing your bird will add an extra 30 minutes to an hour of cooking time.


Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Heat oven to 350°F and place into oven in oven-safe dish for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Heating potatoes uncovered will give you a crispy potato top. Keep covered if you want to prevent a crust from forming-- though it will take a bit longer to warm all the way through.


Butternut Squash Soup 

Place into a large sauce pan and heat gently until bubbling and heated through.


Classic Green Bean Casserole

Heat oven to 375°F and cover pan with foil. Bake until center is hot. Remove foil and bake until onions are crispy and golden (about 5-10 minutes more).


Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Heat oven to 375°F and place into oven in oven-safe dish until warmed through. 


Cheese Sausage & Puff Pastry Roll

Brush top of pastry log with an egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and center reaches 165°F
