Reheating Instructions

Holiday Ham

Heat oven to 325°F. Place ham in roasting pan, add water to cover the bottom of pan, and cover tightly with foil. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 140°F.

Allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

 

Vichyssoise Soup

Great served cold or hot. To reheat place into a large sauce pan and heat gently until bubbling.

  

Au Gratin Potatoes

Heat oven to 350°F and cover pan with foil. Bake until center is hot, about 15-25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until top is golden brown (about 5-10 minutes more).

 

Asparagus and Feta Quiche

Heat oven to 350°F and bake quiche until warmed through, about 15-25 minutes. May be served at room temperature.

 

Cinnamon Rolls

Thaw rolls overnight in the refrigerator, then proof in a warm area (like above the oven) until they fill the pan - approximately 2 hours. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes, rotate pan and bake for another 12-18 minutes, or until light, fluffy, and golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm area before serving.
