Holiday Sides Reheating Instructions
Heat oven to 325°F. Place ham in roasting pan, add water to cover the bottom of pan, and cover tightly with foil. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 140°F.
Allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Heat oven to 375°F. Place frozen gougeres on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Rotate pan and bake for another 12 minutes, or until light, fluffy, and golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm area before serving.
Twice Baked Potatoes
Heat oven to 375°F and place potatoes onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until center is hot. Tops should be golden-brown with a slight crust.
Classic Green Bean Casserole
Heat oven to 375°F and cover green bean pan with foil. Bake until center is hot. Remove foil and continue baking until onions are crispy and golden (about 5-10 minutes more).
Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Heat oven to 375°F and cover pan with foil. Bake until center is hot, about 10-20 minutes.
Cheesy Sausage & Puff Pastry Roll
Brush top of pastry log with an egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and center reaches 165°F.
French Onion Soup Kit
Bring soup to a boil in pot then portion in to four oven-safe bowls. Top each bowl with two pieces of bread and cheese and place under broiler until cheese is golden brown.
Winter Squash Gratin
Heat oven to 350°F and cover pan with foil. Bake until center is hot, about 15-25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until top is golden brown (about 5-10 minutes more).
Quiche Lorraine and Spinach & Gruyère Quiche
Heat oven to 350°F and bake quiche until warmed through, about 15-25 minutes. May be served at room temperature.
Thaw rolls in the refrigerator overnight, then proof in a warm area (like above the oven) until they fill the pan - approximately two hours. Heat oven to 350°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
