Holiday Reheating Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Lay a large piece of foil on a work surface, and then another sheet of foil on top to form a cross. Place the ham in the center and cover with the glaze of your choice. A basic mix would be brown sugar and bourbon (or water) but you could use any mix of sugar and liquid - we've seen things like crushed pineapple, pepper jelly, and apple cider used.
Gather up the foil so the ham is completely encased and place the parcel in a roasting tin. Add about an inch of liquid (anything from water to pork stock to Dr. Pepper or 7-Up). Roast for 45 minutes - 1 hour until the ham is hot all the way through. Then tear away the foil and roast another 20 minutes or until the glaze has formed a bubbly, sticky crust.
Place slices of ham on a platter and serve with the pan juices on the side.
Spinach-Artichoke Zucchini bites:
Preheat the oven to 400°. Bake until zucchini is tender and cheese is melty, 15 minutes. For more color, broil on high, 1-2 minutes.
Cauliflower Au Gratin:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Bake until bubbly and golden on top, about 20-25 minutes.
Roasted Vegetable Medley:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place a piece of aluminum failover the top to prevent more color developing on the vegetables. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
